Job Title: Marketing Team Partner (Part-time, Freelance)

Co-Creative Connection (CCC) collaborates with local communities to co-design and paint murals, creating joyful spaces. Our mission is to inspire, connect, and contribute to community well-being, guided by values of inclusivity, creativity, collaboration, and local engagement. Through free workshops and projects, we aim to make art accessible, fostering lifelong skills, friendships, collaboration, and community pride.

Important Information:
 

  • Job Type: Ongoing Freelance position, you are responsible for invoicing Co-Creative Connection for hours worked monthly and handling your tax administration

  • Working Hours: Part-time (18-24 hours per week depending on workload), flexible schedule

  • Location: Remote (UK only) with some travel to London
     

Essential Skills:
 

  • Proven experience in devising social media and marketing strategies, creating content, managing editorial calendars, and launching campaigns that have demonstrably amplified traffic and heightened brand visibility.

  • A self-starter, capable of thriving both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • In-depth understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, hashtags, and strategies for maximising engagement.

  • Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, with a keen editorial eye.

  • Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
     

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Regularly update and maintain the CCC website with fresh content and accurate information using Wix Website Editor optimising the SEO of the site.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, MailChimp and blogs on the CCC website.

  • Create engaging, visually compelling content, harnessing the power of both video and photography to captivate our audience.

  • Collaborate closely with Rose to ensure consistency in messaging, tone of voice and branding across all digital touchpoints.

  • Attend workshops, photograph, and video participants, documenting key moments and insights. While providing support and assistance to workshop participants for a positive experience.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign and project performance, leveraging insights to refine and optimise future strategies and projects.

Your curiosity for social media trends drives your desire to build an online community. Possessing excellent organisational and time management skills, you approach tasks with keen attention to detail. Your proactive, motivating, and enthusiastic nature allows you to adapt, experiment, and problem-solve effectively. Above all, you operate with kindness, integrity, honesty, and compassion for those around you.
 

Requirements:
 

  • Have your own laptop/desktop

  • Valid DBS check for working with participants
     

Desired Skills:
 

  • SEO Training (this would be a bonus, but not essential – training will be provided where needed)
